资深创作者运营（越南）-直播国际化

1、与直播创作者及管理层建立并维护长期关系； 2、负责创作者的教育与培训，为创作者提供系统的教育和培训，帮助他们熟悉并了解国际化短视频平台、直播功能以及平台政策； 3、为创作者制定发展路径和内容策略，监控创作者的直播表现，并帮助创作者提升数据和内容质量； 4、进行创作者日常运营工作，为创作者提供帮助、支持和沟通交流，鼓励创作者进行直播；并进行周度/月度的创作者表现分析； 5、建立激励计划和表彰体系，对达成特定里程碑的创作者予以奖励，提高创作者的积极性和留存率； 6、与跨职能团队合作，集思广益并设计创作者活动，协调平台资源以实现业务目标。 1.Build and maintain long-term relationships with Live creators and management; 2.Be responsible for creators education & training,Provide systematic education and training for creators to help them become familiar with and understand the platform, live functions and platform policies; 3.Develop development paths and content strategies for creators, monitor creator live performance, and help creators improve data and content quality; 4.Daily creator operations, providing help, support and communication to creators, encouraging creators to go live broadcasting and analyzing creator performance weekly/monthly; 5.Establish incentive programs and recognition systems that reward creators for achieving specific milestones, enhancing motivation and retention; 6.Cooperate with the XFN teams to brainstorm and design creator activities and coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.

1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上运营相关工作经验，有直播、内容营销或教育培训等行业经历优先； 3、具备团队管理经验； 4、了解最新的直播趋势，在新兴技术方面具备出色的商业洞察力； 5、拥有较强的分析能力，能够基于数据做出决策； 6、对直播国际化产品、移动娱乐、社交媒体和流行文化有浓厚的热情。 1.Bachelor's degree or above; 2.Minimum of 5 years operation experience in livestreaming industry, Content, Marketing, or Education and training industry roles within the internet; 3.Team management experience; 4.Understanding of latest livestreaming trends,excellent business acumen in emerging technology; 5.Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities; 6.Deep passion for mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
