Skip to content envisionenergy DISCOVER ENVISION LOGIN EN ES 中 HOME JOB DETAIL Assistant Manager - Quality Name Assistant Manager - Quality Division India & Australia Region Department Blade Manufacturing Country India State/Province Tamil Nadu City Trichy Job Responsibility Key Responsibilities:  - Establish steps on the Quality Assurance of Blade manufacturing with reference to Manufacturing specification, Acceptance criteria, other related drawings & specifications.  - Make statistics, analyse, formulate measures, and assign them to the responsible departments for implementation on Quality NCR ledger  - Review the Inspection list (IL) completed by QC, and promote the closed loop for the problems found  - Review MES and EE4 data feeding and completion as per timeline  - Review the CAV completed by QC, and promote the closed loop for the problems found  - Review accuracy for closing L1, L2, L3 level NCR in NCR system  - Prepare Quality Dashboard for weekly meeting, management review  - Data collection for PPAP and PPAP meeting material preparation  - Engage CFT for NCR reduction and improvements action  - Process and Product Quality Incident Investigation (8D)  - Effective utilization of Firewall and monitoring  - Responsible for managing the status of measuring instruments to ensure effectiveness  - Responsible for base quality team attendance and discipline  - Monitor KPC & KCC in manufacturing, arrange review with PRC  - Alert tea

m on Quality deviations including redline  - Participate in Pre-FPQ review, and work for on-time audit closure  - Monitor department KPI regularly and work towards meeting KPI target  - Responsible for the archiving of relevant records of the quality team (blade files, inspection records, etc.)  - Provide training to PRC team on ENB documents and Quality systems (1 per Quarter)  - Preparation for various audits – ISO, Customer, Third party etc. and successful completion from Quality scope  - Work for adequacy of various quality documents  - Implementation of Quality alert, adjust Firewall according to the alert and close loop verification  - Blade final inspection report and certificate preparation  - Feedback of raw material quality problems to headquarters SQE Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or related field  Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quality department preferably in wind blade Experience in root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and statistical process control (SPC)..
