Aesthetic coloring /Application Engineer

Platform Introduction: The Aesthetics Technology Center, affiliated to the Product R&D Center, is primarily engaged in color technology development and research. With a current team of 80 members based in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Wuhan, and Chengdu, its work is closely aligned with the design and engineering teams of major companies to support collaborative project execution. Responsibilities: 1. Undertake R&D in the color of company’s materials and plastic products, including but not limited to: monitoring R&D machine production, formulating appropriate color formula for each product, conducting color matching according to customer requirements, adjusting and testing product colors, and preparing relevant recipes or technical documents. 2. Provide technical support for colored products throughout the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales stages. 3. Accumulate color-matching knowledge and technologies, optimize color formulas to reduce costs.

We are seeking candidates who: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields, with solid professional knowledge and fluent Chinese proficiency. 2. Demonstrate clear logical thinking, a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities. 3. Possess strong execution, high resilience to pressure and setbacks, and a quick learning capacity. 4. Fluent in Chinese, HSK-4 or above.
