岗位职责
作为财务会计，将深度参与公司分公司财务核算与体系建设工作，提供专业账务处理与风控支持，并且与公司一同成长，为中国汽车涂料的蓬勃发展贡献自己的力量。
As a Financial Accountant, you will deeply participate in the financial accounting and system construction of the company’s branches, provide professional support in accounting processing and risk control, grow together with the company, and contribute to the vigorous development of China’s automotive coatings industry.
核心职责 Key Responsibilities
1、负责分公司应收/应付账款全流程管理：入账、对账、账龄分析、催收、核销。
Manage the entire process of accounts receivable/payable for branches: recording, reconciliation, aging analysis, collection, and write-off.
2、负责存货核算、盘点、差异处理与成本管控，确保账实相符。
Take charge of inventory accounting, physical count, variance handling, and cost control to ensure book-physical consistency.
3、审核费用报销、付款申请，确保合规性、真实性与预算控制。
Review expense reimbursements and payment applications to ensure compliance, authenticity, and budget control.
4、完成凭证编制、账务处理、财务报表编制与报送。
Complete voucher preparation, accounting processing, and preparation/submission of financial statements.
5、协助分公司经理进行销售数据分析、客户管理与经营分析。
Assist branch managers in sales data analysis, customer management, and business operation analysis.
任职要求
任职要求 Qualifications
1、统招本科及以上，财务/会计相关专业；持有会计职称优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Accounting; accounting professional title preferred.
2、3 年以上财务会计 / 应收应付经验，熟练操作金蝶 K3 等 ERP。
3+ years of experience in Financial Accounting, AR/AP, proficient in Kingdee K3 and other ERP systems.
3、精通 Excel，数据敏感、逻辑清晰、细致严谨，具备账务处理与问题排查能力。
Advanced Excel skills, data-sensitive, logical, meticulous, with accounting processing and problem-solving abilities.
4、积极主动、责任心强、耐心细致，良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
Proactive, responsible, patient, detail-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills.

1、年薪：10–20 万，根据个人能力与工作表现。
