Marketing Specialist (FR/IT）

- Develop and execute scalable, ROI-driven influencer marketing strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes across French market. - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-impact influencers and artists that resonate with our target audience and brand. - Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, driving engagement, brand affinity, and conversion growth. - Build and manage a strategic product seeding program to amplify brand visibility through partnerships with cultural leaders, trendsetters, and key influencers. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPV, affiliate sales, CAC) to maximize ROI and impact. - Establish and track team KPIs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in influencer marketin is preferred - Expertise in data analysis and marketing analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. - Passion for videography or content creation is a plus. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with influencers and cultural stakeholders. - FR/IT can be used as working language.
