研究员，临床前体内药理/Research Investigator, Pharmacology(博士岗) 发布于 2026-03-17 Research Research | 全职 全职 | 上海市 上海市 General Description: The BeOne Pharmacology Research team drives in vivo and ex vivo pharmacology research and execution to support the discovery of small molecules, biologics and various novel therapeutic modalities. By developing robust disease models and generating high-quality efficacy and mechanistic data, the team enables target validation, drug discovery and program advancement. Working closely with cross functional partners, the team also contributes to new target identification, proposal and scientific publications. Responsibilities: • Design and execute in vivo experiments to evaluate drug leads (biologics and small molecules). • Collaborate with the broader scientific teams to design and execute experiments aimed at defining the mechanism(s) of action. • Work with in vitro team (chemistry, biologics and cell biology) to develop in vivo models to test the activity of therapeutic leads and in combination with •established therapeutic agents and perform in-depth characterization of mechanism in these models. • Present and communicate internally and to collaborators. • Summarize comprehensive data and submit publications to peer-reviewed journal • Identify and evaluate new targets for new program proposal, and lead new programs as needed. • Other management responsibilities as needed. Job Requirements: • Ph.D. in biology or a related field, or with at least 2 years of combined academic postdoctoral research experience. • Proven track record of impactful biological research, demonstrated through high-quality publications or significant contributions to drug development projects. • Strong expertise in immunology, immune-oncology or cancer biology. • Excellent comm
