分析科研员/Scientist, Analytical(硕士岗) 发布于 2026-03-17 Tech Ops and Manufacturing Tech Ops and Manufacturing | 全职 全职 | 上海市 上海市 General Description:The Analytical Research and Development (AR&D) department in biological CMC Technology Development of BeOne plays a critical role in supporting the advancement of biotherapeutic programs from early discovery through commercial readiness. Its major functions include developing, optimizing, and qualifying, and transferring of robust analytical methods to analyze complex biological molecules, such as multi-specific antibodies and ADCs for identity, purity, potency, and stability. AR&D also conducts in‑depth structural and functional analyses to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory expectations. The team provides analytical support for process development, formulation, and scale‑up activities, as well as generates essential data for comparability, release testing, and stability studies. In addition, AR&D contributes to regulatory filings by preparing structural characterization, method descriptions, specification justifications, and analytical summaries that demonstrate product quality throughout the development lifecycle.Job Description (including but not limited to):1)Responsible for routine sample testing (SEC, icIEF, CE, HPLC etc.) to meet the analytical needs of process development and manufacturing.2)Responsible for the development, optimization, qualification and transfer of analytical methods. 3)Participate in analytical method technology transfer, responsible for the review of related documents, and cooperate well with related department.4)Draft and update of the SOPs of analytical testing methods. 5)Responsible for maintenance of instruments and cleaning of analytical lab.Qualification:1)Master's degree or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry, or Bachelor with excellent professional expertise.2)Experience with various phsicochemical methods to analyze biologics, such as HPLC, SEC, icIEF, capillary electrophoresis is strongly preferred.3)Excellent interpersonal skills as well as good analytical and trouble-shooting skills.4)Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and capability to multi-task is essential.5)Effective written and communication skills in
