分析研究员/Research Investigator, Analytical(博士岗) 发布于 2026-03-17 Tech Ops and Manufacturing Tech Ops and Manufacturing | 全职 全职 | 上海市 上海市 General Description:The Analytical Research and Development (AR&D) department in biological CMC Technology Development of BeOne plays a critical role in supporting the advancement of biotherapeutic programs from early discovery through commercial readiness. Its major functions include developing, optimizing, and qualifying, and transferring of robust analytical methods to analyze complex biological molecules, such as multi-specific antibodies and ADCs for identity, purity, potency, and stability. AR&D also conducts in‑depth structural and functional analyses to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory expectations. The team provides analytical support for process development, formulation, and scale‑up activities, as well as generates essential data for comparability, release testing, and stability studies. In addition, AR&D contributes to regulatory filings by preparing structural characterization, method descriptions, specification justifications, and analytical summaries that demonstrate product quality throughout the development lifecycle.Essential Functions of the Job: • 操作并维护分析仪器设备，如 HPLC/UPLC、CE、icIEF 及其他相关设备。• 开发/优化理化分析方法，以支持治疗性抗体的工艺开发。• 与百济神州的质量控制（QC）团队协作并提供支持。• 在临床申报前及申报后阶段的项目中，高效履行分析领域SME职责。• 开展可比性研究与稳定性表征，以支持产品开发。• 进行结构与功能关系研究，以界定新型产品的关键质量属性。• 主动评估新的分析技术/方法与新仪器，并发表论文以提升行业声誉。• 管理外部CRO，推进产品开发相关分析工作。Qualifications: • 化学、生物化学、生物学或相关领域博士学位。• 有海外学历者优先。• 具备 0–2 年制药或生物技术行业工作经验，重点方向为治疗性抗体或 ADC 的分析方法开发。• 熟悉相关分析方法学（如色谱、电泳、粒径分析等），并在一个或多个领域具备深入专长。• 具备优秀的技术写作能力，撰写分析方法、质量标准、
