算法资深工程师

1、负责电池管理系统SOC/SOH算法开发、模型构建及仿真分析； 2、负责可靠性、稳定性进行评估，并通过测试或数据验证不断优化； 3、负责SOX相关的论文或专利的研究。

1、 本科及以上学历，计算机/电子/自动控制等相关专业，八年以上软件研发工作经验，两年以上软件架构设计经验； Bachelor degree or above, major in computer / Electronics / automatic control, more than eight years of software R & D experience, more than two years of software architecture design experience; 2、 熟悉可靠性设计、架构重用及设计模式； Familiar with reliability design, architecture reuse and design pattern 3、 精通uCos、FreeRTOS、Linux等嵌入式操作系统的任务和进程调度原理、进程间同步和通信机制； Proficient in task and process scheduling principle, inter process synchronization and communication mechanism of UCOS, FreeRTOS, Linux and other embedded operating systems 4、 熟悉ASPCIE软件开发模型，熟悉AutoSAR软件架构； Familiar with Aspice software development model and AUTOSAR software architecture 5、 至少熟悉一款常用汽车电子芯片（如飞思卡尔或英飞凌），有车载产品开发经验者优先 At least familiar with one common automotive electronic chip (such as Freescale or Infineon), experience in vehicle product development is preferred 6、 富有团队合作精神及强烈的责任心，具备独立处理问题的能力 ； Full of team spirit and strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to deal with problems independently 7、英语可作为工作语言，可常驻中国深圳 English can be used as working language and can be resident in China
