1、 根据集团在当地国家的战略规划，进行本地区整体业务的布局、商务策略的设计以及任务目标的分解、部署和实施； 2、 链接当地政府、重点企业、院校及科研机构，进行业务推广和商业合作，不断提高华大品牌在本地区的知名度和影响力； 3、 探索本地区市场情况，挖掘华大各业务的潜在发展机会，形成商业可行性方案与内外部相关部门洽谈并推动落地； 4、 总结本地区业务拓展经验、关键打法，进行能力沉淀和人才培养、赋能，并对华大在海外其他国别/地区的国际化发展给予经验输出； 5、 代表华大参与当地重大会议、外事活动，策划并实施大型行业会议、市场营销活动。 1. Responsible for the overall business layout of the region, business strategy design, and the breakdown, deployment, and implementation of mission and objectives, according to the Group's strategic plans in the overseas markets. 2. Liaising with local governments, key enterprises, universities, and research institutions, carrying out business promotion and business cooperation, and continuously improving the popularity and influence of BGI Group in the region. 3. Exploring local markets, and taping the potential business development opportunities. Develop commercial feasibility plans to negotiate with relevant internal and external departments and accelerate the implementation. 4. Synthesizing the region’s business development experience and key strategies, talent training, and empowerment, and providing experience output for BGI Group’s global development. 5. Participating in major local conferences and diplomatic activities on behalf of BGI Group. Conduct large-scale industry conferences and marketing campaigns.

1、本科及以上学历，生物、医学类相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验； 2、具备战略思维，具备较强的市场洞察能力,具有全面运营知识和经验，有团队管理经验，能适应外派和出差； 3、极强的沟通协调能力和执行能力，遇事快速响应。 4、为人诚信正直，认同华大文化和价值观。 5、优秀的学习能力和较好的外语水平，有不断提升自己的强烈意愿，并为此付出切实的努力，持续学习、终身学习。 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in biology and medicine, with more than 5 years of relevant working experience. 2. Strategic thinking, strong market insight, comprehensive operation knowledge and experience, and team management experience. 3. Outstanding execution ability with strong communication and coordination ability. 4. Working with integrity and compliance; identifying with BGI Group’s culture and values. 5.
