作为华大智造研发、营销全球化战略布局的核心人才，入职后将在研发、区域营销、总部营销部门各轮岗6个月，轮岗完成后根据专业和评估最终定岗。 The Technical Star Program is a comprehensive development initiative designed to provide promising talents with cross-functional experiences and rapid growth opportunities within MGI. During the program, you’ll rotate through various functional teams including: • R&D Team • Regional Commercial Team (GCG/AP/EMEA/America) • Headquarters Commercial Team Throughout the program, you’ll receive mentorship and coaching from our managers, along with feedback through regular assessments and diverse learning activities. By the end of the program, you’ll have gained comprehensive experience and a broad perspective on industry knowledge and business connections, preparing you to take on a challenging role in MGI’s global commercial teams.
