岗位职责

1、规划团队愿景,制定内容策略,推动国际化关键业务决策和内容设计细节的落地; 2、兼具项目落地和人员管理能力,为团队树立榜样,提升团队内容设计质量; 3、产品内容设计领域的专家,对产品命名、用户流程、信息框架、触点文案、帮助中心文章等内容有充足经验; 4、合理分配团队资源,制定流程,释放效能,培养人才,提升团队技能; 5、与产品经理、产品设计师、产品研发及运营团队建立紧密合作关系; 6、关注行业趋势,成为内容设计的布道人。 1.Shape the vision for the team and work with other leads and cross-functional partners to drive consensus on key content directions; 2.Strike a balance between managing the team and hands-on work, setting a strong example while ensuring high-quality content across the board; 3.Give thoughtful feedback on content across different touchpoints, like namestorms, user flows, messaging frameworks, notifications, and help center articles; 4.Plan and allocate team resources strategically to maximize impact; 5.Build strong relationships and work closely with PM, design leaders, and operational teams; 6.Develop processes and templates to improve team efficiency, and organize training or workshops to enhance their skills and advocate for content design within the company.

任职要求

1、2年以上管理经验; 2、3年以上内容设计、用户体验写作、内容策略等相关领域实践经验; 3、具备与跨职能团队高效协作的能力,适应快节奏工作环境; 4、认同TikTok的使命,对多元社区用户有深刻的同理心; 5、有社交应用设计、国际化产品研发相关经验者优先; 6、投送简历时,请附上内容设计作品集或过往内容项目案例。 1.2+ years management and leadership experience; 2.3+ years practicing content design, UX writing, content strategy in relevant fields; 3.Proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-­functional partners and work in a fast-paced environment; 4.Passion for TikTok's mission and deep empathy for our diverse community; 5.Experience working on social app design and product internationalization is preferred; 6.Please share your content portfolio of content or design initiatives when applying.
