Skip to content envisionenergy DISCOVER ENVISION LOGIN EN ES 中 HOME JOB DETAIL Senior Specialist - EHS Job Title Senior Specialist - EHS Division European Region Department 德国代表处模块化组织 Country Germany State/Province Hamburg City Hamburg Job Responsibility · Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, especially in energy and construction sectors. · Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments on active BESS projects. · Develop, implement, and maintain BESS-specific health and safety plans. · Lead and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning. · Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training to employees and contractors. · Promote best practices in electrical safety, with emphasis on LV and HV systems. · Maintain and update safety records including RAMS, audit reports, incident logs, and training records. · Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to enforce and improve safety performance. Job Requirements Must-Have: 5-7 years of relevant EHS experience in the energy or construction sectors NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent recognised Health & Safety qualification) In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, CDM regulations, and applicable codes of practice Proven background in the energy or construction sectors Demons
