Lean Engineer - Guide and coach the personnel to identify waste, find improvements, and rationalize the quantity and quality of material usage by promoting application of lean production; - Monitor and assess the production performance indicators, and guide the personnel to improve if necessary; - Coach and mentor cross functional teams in using various techniques (such as 5S, visualization, TPM, etc.) on problem solving and process improvement projects to improve the operation management of the factory; - Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes or products, including trends in technology that could impact business models or product lines.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing lean methodologies within manufacturing or operational environments. Strong understanding of lean principles, tools, and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and data analysis capabilities. Project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Change management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions to lean processes. Proficiency in using lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, and Kaizen. Knowledge of process improvement software and tools is a plus. Certification in lean methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is desirable. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English, & Mandarin. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company.
