管理会计主管

作为管理会计，将深度参与公司经营分析与决策支持工作，提供专业数据洞察与管理报表支持，并且与公司一同成长，为中国汽车涂料的蓬勃发展贡献自己的力量。 As a Management Accountant, you will deeply participate in the company’s business analysis and decision support, provide professional data insights and management reporting support, grow together with the company, and contribute to the vigorous development of China’s automotive coatings industry. 核心职责 Key Responsibilities 1、财务数据分析：销售业绩、团队/个人考核、毛利、费用、客户盈利性分析，支撑销售战略制定。 Financial data analysis: analyze sales performance, team/individual appraisal, gross margin, expenses, and customer profitability to support sales strategy formulation. 2、管理报表编制：经营分析报表，呈现运营状况与问题。 Prepare management reports: business analysis reports to present operational status and issues. 3、应收账款管理：优化政策、监控回收、账龄分析、风险预警、推动催收与坏账管控。 Accounts receivable management: optimize policies, monitor collection, conduct aging analysis, issue risk warnings, and drive collection and bad debt control. 4、费用与凭证审核：严格执行制度，审核费用申请、合同、付款，防范内控风险。 Expense and voucher review: strictly implement regulations, review expense applications, contracts, and payments to prevent internal control risks.

任职要求 Qualifications 1、统招本科及以上，财务/会计/管理会计专业优先；有CMA/CPA 优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Management Accounting; CMA/CPA preferred. 2、3 年以上管理会计/财务分析经验，制造业 / 汽车涂料行业优先。 3+ years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Analysis,; manufacturing/automotive coatings industry preferred. 3、熟练使用 ERP 系统，精通 Excel 高级功能，具备数据建模与分析能力。 Proficient in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, with data modeling and analysis capabilities. 4、数据敏感、逻辑严密、沟通高效，抗压性强、结果导向、团队协作。 Data-sensitive, logical, efficient in communication, resilient, result-oriented, and team-oriented. 薪资福利 Compensation & Benefits 1、年薪：15–35 万，根据个人能力与工作表现。 Annual Salary: 150,000–350,000 RMB, based on merit and performance. 2、上市公司完善薪酬体系，年底奖金、股权激励、年度调薪、节日福利、生日礼品。 Complete compensation system of a listed company: year-end bonus, equity incentive, annual salary adjustment, holiday benefits, birthday gift.. 3、务实开放企业文化，结果导向，快速晋升通道。 Pragmatic and open corporate culture, result-oriented, fast promotion channel. 4、带薪年假、法定节假日、婚假/产假/育儿假等。 Paid annual leave, statutory holidays, marriage/maternity/parental leave
