作为研发技术员，将深度参与汽车涂料研发与项目落地工作，提供专业实验执行与技术支持，并且与公司一同成长，为中国汽车涂料的蓬勃发展贡献自己的力量。 As an R&D Technician, you will deeply participate in automotive coatings R&D and project implementation, provide professional support in experimental execution and technical support, grow together with the company, and contribute to the vigorous development of China’s automotive coatings industry. 核心职责 Key Responsibilities 1、根据市场需求，负责汽车内外饰涂料研发实验、配方调试与性能测试。 Conduct R&D experiments, formula adjustment, and performance testing for automotive interior/exterior coatings based on market demand. 2、组织新产品供样、现场试喷，形成试喷报告并及时反馈。 Organize new product sampling and on-site spray testing, prepare test reports, and provide timely feedback. 3、负责项目持续改进、原料替代、降成本研发工作。 Responsible for continuous project improvement, raw material substitution, and cost-reduction R&D. 4、编制研发计划、中试、技术文档与评审资料。 Prepare R&D plans, pilot tests, technical documents, and review materials. 5、为市场提供售前、应用与售后技术支持。 Provide pre-sales, application, and after-sales technical support for the market.

任职要求 Qualifications 1、统招本科及以上，化工类专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or related. 2、1–3 年塑胶漆、UV 漆、汽车内外饰涂料研发经验，独立项目经验优先。 1–3 years of R&D experience in plastic coatings, UV coatings, or automotive interior/exterior coatings; independent project experience preferred. 3、熟悉涂料研发流程、实验操作与性能测试。 Familiar with coatings R&D processes, experimental operations, and performance testing. 4、主动性和责任心强，优秀的团队合作与抗压能力。 Proactive and responsible, with excellent teamwork and resilience. 薪资福利 Compensation & Benefits 1、年薪：10–20万，根据个人能力与工作表现。 Annual Salary: 100,000–200,000 RMB, based on merit and performance. 2、上市公司完善薪酬体系，年底奖金、股权激励、年度调薪、节日福利、生日礼品。 Complete compensation system of a listed company: year-end bonus, equity incentive, annual salary adjustment, holiday benefits, birthday gift.. 3、务实开放企业文化，结果导向，快速晋升通道。 Pragmatic and open corporate culture, result-oriented, fast promotion channel. 4、带薪年假、法定节假日、婚假/产假/育儿假等。 Paid annual leave, statutory holidays, marriage/maternity/parental leave.
