作为研发工程师，将深度参与汽车涂料研发与技术创新工作，提供专业配方开发与技术支持，并且与公司一同成长，为中国汽车涂料的蓬勃发展贡献自己的力量。 As an R&D Engineer, you will deeply participate in automotive coatings R&D and technological innovation, provide professional support in formula development and technical support, grow together with the company, and contribute to the vigorous development of China’s automotive coatings industry. 核心职责 Key Responsibilities 1、负责汽车内外饰和 3C 涂料（PU、UV、水性涂料）配方研发、优化与测试。 Responsible for R&D, optimization, and testing of formulas for automotive interior/exterior and 3C coatings (PU, UV, water-based coatings). 2、负责客户产品完善、样品制作、现场试漆、异常处理与技术交流。 Responsible for customer product improvement, sample preparation, on-site paint testing, anomaly handling, and technical communication. 3、提供产品技术支持、培训服务与客户测试板制作。 Provide product technical support, training services, and customer test panel preparation. 4、负责研发实验室管理、项目推进与技术文档编制。 Responsible for R&D laboratory management, project promotion, and technical document preparation. 5、跟踪行业技术趋势，推动产品升级与降本增效。 Track industry technology trends, promote product upgrading, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
