质量经理

主要任务 Main Tasks: 作为质量经理，领导质量团队并监督以下事项，提供解决方案并确保客户/利益相关方满意度。 - As Quality Manager, lead the quality team and oversee the following topics, provide solutions and ensure customer/stakeholders satisfaction 关键职责 Key Responsibilities 质量管理 Quality Control 制定、建立并更新质量政策与标准程序 •Develop, establish and update quality policies and standard procedures 严格执行原材料、中间体及成品的质量控制标准，对所生产产品及第三方材料实施质量管控，确保其符合质量标准及内外部规范要求，同时负责设备仪器的维护与校准工作。 •Uphold Quality Control standards of raw materials, intermediates and finished products manufactured and 3rd party materials released under responsibility to ensure consistency against quality standards and internal/external specifications incl. maintenance of equipment/instruments and their calibrations. 监测质量控制结果，并向生产部门及其他利益相关方提出适当建议。 •Monitor quality control results and make appropriate recommendations to Production and other stakeholders. 质量保证 Quality Assurance 负责并带领团队调查内外部不符合项，包括客户投诉、原材料偏差及不合格批次等。制定纠正与预防措施，为所有利益相关方寻求解决方案。 •Be responsible and lead team for investigation of internal/external Non-Conformance such as customer complaints, raw materials deviations and out of spec. batches etc. Develop corrective and preventive actionsto see the best solution for all stakeholders. 建立/更新变更质量管理方案，以确保实施适当的质量风险管理措施 •Establish/update scheme for Quality related Management of Change to make sure execution of appropriate Quality Risk Management measures Quality system 落实质量管理体系/环境管理体系要求的实践措施，确保关键认证持续有效，包括ISO9001/14001等。 •Lead the commitment to implement, execute practices required by QMS/EMS and maintaining key certifications, e.g ISO9001/14001 etc. 与审计师及内部合作伙伴建立协作关系，以确保内审流程顺畅透明，并持续推动系统改进 •Build collaborative relationships with auditors and internal partners to ensure smooth, transparent audit processes and continuous system improvement 地点：上海 Location: Shanghai 薪资福利 Compensation & Benefits 1.年薪：面议。 Annual Salary: Discuss personally. 2.上市公司完善薪酬体系，年底奖金、股权激励、年度调薪、节日福利、生日礼金。 Complete compensation system of a listed company: year-end bonus, equity incentive, annual salary adjustment, holiday benefits, birthday allowance. 3.务实开放企业文化，结果导向，快速晋升通道。 Pragmatic and open corporate culture, result-oriented, fast promotion channel. 4.带薪年假、法定节假日、婚假/产假/育儿假等。 Paid annual leave, statutory holidays, marriage/maternity/parental leave

任职资格 Qualifications 1、本科及以上学历，化工类或高分子材料专业优先； Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for chemical engineering or polymer materials majors; 2、五年以上质量体系&环境管理体系经验，熟悉TS16949，ISO14001及GB/T 28001体系标准；熟悉汽车内外饰涂料质量管理者优先； At least five years of experience in quality systems and environmental management systems, with proficiency in TS16949, ISO14001, and GB/T 28001 standards. Candidates with expertise in automotive interior/exterior coating quality management are preferred. 3、具备很强的分析问题、解决问题的能力，敏锐的洞察力，清晰的逻辑思维； Possesses strong abilities in problem analysis and resolution, acute insight, and clear logical thinking; 4、良好的协调和人际沟通能力，工作细致耐心，积极主动，有团队精神，能够以结果导向、客户导向。 Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills, meticulous and patient in work, proactive and team-oriented, with a results-driven and customer-focused approach.
