生产主管

作为生产主管，将深度参与工厂生产管理与效率提升工作，提供专业生产组织与现场管控支持，并且与公司一同成长，为中国汽车涂料的蓬勃发展贡献自己的力量。 As a Production Supervisor, you will deeply participate in factory production management and efficiency improvement, provide professional support in production organization and on-site control, grow together with the company, and contribute to the vigorous development of China’s automotive coatings industry. 核心职责 Key Responsibilities 1、根据生产计划，合理调配人力、物料、设备，制定并执行生产作业计划，确保交付。 Reasonably allocate manpower, materials, and equipment based on production plans, formulate and implement production schedules to ensure delivery. 2、监督预处理、研磨、包装等全流程，解决突发问题，保障生产节拍。 Supervise the entire process including pretreatment, grinding, and packaging, resolve emergencies, and ensure production rhythm. 3、监控生产效率、交付准时率、合格率、损耗率等 KPI，推动持续改进。 Monitor KPIs such as production efficiency, on-time delivery rate, pass rate, and loss rate, and drive continuous improvement. 4、推行精益生产、5S 现场管理、质量与安全管控，优化流程、降本增效。 Implement lean production, 5S on-site management, quality and safety control to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. 5.负责团队管理、排班、培训、考核与激励，提升团队能力。 Responsible for team management, scheduling, training, appraisal, and incentives to improve team capabilities.

任职要求 Qualifications 1、本科及以上，工业工程/机械/化工/生产管理相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Production Management or related. 2、3 年以上涂料/化工/制造业生产管理经验，汽车涂料生产经验优先。 3+ years of production management experience in coatings, chemical, or manufacturing industry; automotive coatings production experience preferred. 3、熟悉生产计划、现场管理、精益生产、质量与安全管控。 Familiar with production planning, on-site management, lean production, quality and safety control. 4、具备资源调配、问题解决、团队管理、沟通协调、抗压与执行能力。 Possess resource allocation, problem-solving, team management, communication and coordination, resilience, and execution abilities. 5、积极主动、责任心强、结果导向、细致严谨、团队协作。 Proactive, responsible, result-oriented, meticulous, and team-oriented. 薪资福利 Compensation & Benefits 1、年薪：20–40万，根据个人能力与工作表现。 Annual Salary: 200,000–400,000 RMB, based on merit and performance. 2、上市公司完善薪酬体系，年底奖金、股权激励、年度调薪、节日福利、生日礼品。 Complete compensation system of a listed company: year-end bonus, equity incentive, annual salary adjustment, holiday benefits, birthday gift.. 3、务实开放企业文化，结果导向，快速晋升通道。 Pragmatic and open corporate culture, result-oriented, fast promotion channel. 4、带薪年假、法定节假日、婚假/产假/育儿假等。 Paid annual leave, statutory holidays, marriage/maternity/parental leave
