Participate in preclinical DMPK studies and development strategy for innovative drug programs, including pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, ADME, and related studies. Contribute to study design, data analysis, and integrated interpretation of study results to build comprehensive DMPK packages supporting clinical development and regulatory submissions.2. Participate in the design, execution, and oversight of DMPK studies, working with internal laboratory teams and CROs to advance relevant studies. Analyze and interpret study results and help address DMPK-related scientific questions arising during drug development.3. Contribute to the preparation and review of DMPK-related technical and regulatory documents, including study protocols, study reports, development summaries, and relevant submission documents, while progressively developing the capability to support global regulatory submissions such as IND/CTA and NDA/BLA.4. Participate in project team and scientific discussions, identify and assess DMPK-related risks during drug development, and progressively develop the capability to independently design study strategies, solve scientific problems, and support project decision-making.Qualifications1. PhD or anticipated PhD graduate in Pharmacokinetics, Drug Metabolism, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related discipline.2. Research experience in DMPK, ADME, pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, bioanalysis, or related areas during PhD training.3. Strong scientific foundation in DMPK/PK and sound scientific thinking, with demonstrated capabilities in data analysis and interpretation. Ability to identify scientific questions, develop reasonable hypotheses, and draw clear conclusions based on experimental data.4. Strong interest in innovative drug development and DMPK research, with the motivation to develop from expertise in individual studies toward an integrated understanding of the drug development process, DMPK strategy, and multidisciplinary project decision-making.5. Strong learning agility, communication skills, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional project environment.6. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively read scientific literature in English and communicate scientific information clearly in writing and presentations.7. Experience with GastroPlus, Phoenix WinNonlin, PK-Sim, PBPK modeling, PK/PD modeling, or other pharmacokinetic modeling and
