These include document preparation, material preparation, media and buffer preparation, cell thawing, seed train, cell culture in bioreactor （200L, 500L, 2000L）, harvest and validation and so on;按照生产计划在GMP区域开展准备及生产活动，包括文件准备、物料准备、培养基和缓冲液准备、细胞种子复苏、种子扩增、细胞生物反应器生产（200L，500L，2000L）、细胞收获、验证等相关活动;Generate and revise the SOP, batch record and related document according to the process. Make sure the record the information timely, true.
