一、在公司授权的产品、治疗领域及责任区域内，依法合规开展医学信息沟通和药品学术推广活动，为医疗卫生专业人士（HCP）提供准确、及时且科学的医学信息，包括： 深入洞察所辖区域内患者需求、疾病诊疗趋势及学术发展动态，制定并执行区域业务和学术推广计划。 与医疗卫生专业人士（HCP）建立和维护专业、合规的学术交流关系，促进疾病领域及产品相关科学信息的规范传播。 与直属经理及市场、医学、准入等跨职能团队紧密合作，推动区域重点项目和学术活动的有效落地。 持续提升产品知识、疾病领域知识及专业沟通能力，准确传递药品适应症、用法用量、安全性信息及最新医学证据。 客观、真实、完整地传递药品信息，不夸大疗效、不隐瞒风险信息，支持药品合理使用及患者获益最大化。 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况、药品不良反应及临床需求等信息。 二、按要求完成医药代表备案；通过专业培训、资质认证及各项合规学习与考核。 三、严格遵守公司行为准则、行业规范及适用法律法规，维护公司声誉和合规文化，践行企业文化和价值观，确保所有业务活动符合公司政策及监管要求。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct medical information exchange and pharmaceutical academic promotion activities in a lawful and compliant manner within the Company-authorized products, therapeutic areas, and assigned territories, providing healthcare professionals (HCPs) with accurate, timely, and scientifically sound medical information, including: Gain a deep understanding of patient needs, disease diagnosis and treatment trends, and academic developments within the assigned territory, and develop and execute territory business and academic promotion plans. Establish and maintain professional and compliant academic exchange relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and facilitate the appropriate dissemination of scientific information related to disease areas and products. Work closely with the line manager and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Access to drive the effective implementation of key regional projects and academic activities. Continuously enhance product and disease-area knowledge and professional communication skills, and accurately communicate product indications, dosage and administration, safety information, and the latest medical evidence. Communicate drug information objectively, accurately, and completely, without exaggerating efficacy or withholding risk information, to support the rational use of medicines and maximize patient benefits. Collect and provide feedback on the clinical use of medicines, adverse drug reactions, clinical needs, and other relevant information. 2. Complete Medical Representative registration as required, as well as professional training, qualification certifications, and all compliance learning and assessments. 3. Strictly comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations; safeguard the Company’s reputation and compliance culture, practice the Company’s culture and values, and ensure all business activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

医学、药学相关专业大专及以上学历，符合国家医药代表备案要求；具备医药行业相关经验者优先。 具备良好的学习能力、沟通影响能力和团队合作精神，积极主动，结果导向。 具备良好的职业操守和合规意识，严格遵守公司政策、行业规范及适用法律法规。 Qualifications: Associate degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field; must meet national Medical Representative registration requirements. Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. Strong learning agility, communication and influencing skills, and a collaborative mindset; proactive with a results-oriented approach.
