Technical Specialist(J13151)

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer consultations • Ensure timely creation of quotations on SFDC, follow up on purchase order and creation of SIF in CMS/CSS • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, both remotely and on-site as needed • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services (up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies) • Work closely with product team to ensure a thorough understanding of product capabilities and limitations • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed • Provide training and support to sales team members

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, molecular, biotechnology) • Minimum of 2 years of experience in local academic research area, a focus on NGS products and services will be a plus • Strong understanding of NGS technology and the life sciences market • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Well-versed in communicating Japanese. High-level Japanese proficiency is essential as most customers and distributors are Japanese. • Basic English proficiency is required (e.g., greetings and basic email communication), as part of a global organization.
