机械设计工程师

Responsibilities/ 1. Mechanical 3D Parts Design, Module Design and 2D Engineering Drawing drafting.机械三维零件设计、模块设计、二维工程图绘制。 2. Work with electrical, software, platform and RF group to develop/deliver workable, reliable system.与电气、软件、平台和射频组合作，开发/交付可行、可靠的系统。3. PLM through company system, including CIP, DCO/ECO, BOM maintaining and updating.通过公司系统进行PLM，包括CIP、DCO/ECO、BOM维护和更新。4. Perform function simulations, including mechanical, thermal and flow etc. Plan and act module Test and report test results.进行功能模拟，包括机械、热力和流量等。计划和执行模块测试，并报告测试结果。5. Prepare design review material, compile engineer specifications and support system engineer creating system document such as installation procedure and operation manuals.准备设计评审资料，编写工程师规范，支持系统工程师编制系统文件，如安装程序和操作手册。6. Develop parts manufacturing process, test procedure & SPEC and acceptance criteria together with suppliers. 与供应商共同制定零件制造工艺、试验规程、规范和验收准则。7. Hands on modules assembling and guide MFG creating installation SOP, especially for 1st article design.实际操作模块组装和指导制造商制定安装标准操作规程，特别是首件设计。

1. Master or above in mechanical engineering.机械工程硕士及以上学历。2. Solid foundation in the fields of motion machinery and drive, vacuum system, gas and liquid transport system, heating and cooling system, structure analysis, machinery manufacturing and processing.熟悉以下一项或者多项：机械运动和传动、真空系统、气液输送系统、加热冷却系统、结构分析、机械制造和加工。3. Proficient in using Solidworks, AutoCAD and other drawing software.熟练使用Solidworks、AutoCAD等绘图软件。4. Problem solving and innovation ability, positive working attitude.解决问题和创新能力，积极的工作态度。5. Teamwork spirit and good communication skills.具有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力。6.
