实验室计量工程师

Responsibilities/ 1. Research and optimize SEM sample preparation processes, utilizing auxiliary equipment such as sputter coaters, optical microscopes （OM）, and Sela for sample preparation.研究并优化SEM样品制备流程，会使用喷金仪、OM、Sela等辅助设备制样。2. Perform SEM morphological observation and EDS compositional analysis as required, develop and optimize EDS data processing scripts, and generate relevant analytical reports.对样品按照要求进行SEM形貌观察，开发并优化EDS数据处理脚本，进行成分分析，出具相关的分析报告。3. Operate metrology equipment, including CD-SEM, film thickness measurement tools, and particle counters.负责 CD - SEM，膜厚仪，颗粒仪等量测设备的使用。4. Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and coordination of external servicing for SEM, Sela, CD-SEM, film thickness measurement tools, particle counters, and related metrology equipment.负责SEM，Sela，CD - SEM，膜厚仪，颗粒仪及相关量测设备的日常点检工作及外协维护等。5. Establish and optimize documentation for SEM, Sela, CD-SEM, film thickness measurement tools, particle counters, and related metrology equipment.负责SEM，Sela，CD - SEM，膜厚仪，颗粒仪及相关量测设备的文件建立和优化。6. Oversee daily laboratory management tasks.承担实验室的日常管理工作。

1. Master’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Microelectronics, or a related field.硕士及以上学历，材料、物理、化学， 微电子等相关专业。2. Hands-on experience with SEM/EDS operation； experience in semiconductor material/device analysis is preferred.SEM/EDS操作使用经验，半导体材料或器件分析经验优先。3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.熟练应用Office办公软件。4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, rigorous, and capable of independent problem-solving认真、自驱力强、做事严谨、具备独立思考能力。5.
