工艺工程师

Responsibilities/ 1. Design experiment and perform process development or modify existing process.设计实验，进行工艺开发或优化现有工艺配方。2. Participate in system CIP and R&D with R&D engineering team to ensure capability and compatibility of processing methods.与研发团队一起参与系统的改进和研发，以确保工艺方式的能力和兼容性。3. Review and define process limitation and operation window.审查和定义工艺局限和操作窗口。4. Collect and evaluate test data for technical trouble-shooting.收集和评估测试数据，以解决技术难题。5. Write articles, patents and technical documents.撰写文章，专利或其他技术文档。

1. Master’s degree or above in Micro electrical/physics/Applied chemistry/physical chemistry/chemical engineering and automation related engineering. Ph.D is preferred 微电子/物理/应用化学/物理化学/化学工程及材料学相关专业硕士或以上学历；博士学历优先考虑。2. Proven initiative ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root cause.具有主动解决复杂问题，找到问题原因，并且解决问题的能力。3. Proven ability in logical thinking, be able to communicate in technical effectively.具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能进行有效的技术交流。4.
