Senior Events Manager

1. Develop evaluation guidelines (pre-event planning & post-event analysis) for all event types. 2. Collaborate with internal event champions to support operational execution across events globally. 3. Act as a business partner within the team to provide strategic guidance on event planning. 4. Stay informed about global sports event trends to incorporate into event strategies 5. Monitor event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related fields. 10+ years of experience managing large-scale events or exhibitions; sportspreferred. 2. Proven ability to develop evaluation frameworks for measuring event success. 3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning complex events. 4. Excellent communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams.
