海外售后工程师

1、负责公司设备在客户现场的安装、调试与培训等技术支持工作； Responsible for technical support work such as installation, debugging, and training of company equipment at customer sites; 2、受理客户设备的保修、保养与报修服务； Accept customer equipment warranty, maintenance, and repair services; 3、负责客户设备使用回访记录； Responsible for customer equipment usage follow-up records; 4、协助海外增材行业展会技术支持相关工作。 Assist in technical support for overseas additive industry exhibitions.

1、本科及以上学历、电气、机械、自动化等相关专业； Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical, automation or related fields; 2、英文流利、可用作工作语言； Fluent English and can be used as the Working language; 3、有机电设备安装调试经验者优先； Experience in installation and debugging of mechanical and electrical equipment is preferred; 4、可接受出差。 Business trips are acceptable.
