AI Resume Optimization Service – Terms of Service
Welcome to the AI resume optimization service provided by 好简历 (hereinafter referred to as “the Service” or “we”)!
Before purchasing or using the Service, please carefully read and fully understand these AI Resume Optimization Service Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and 好简历 (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Service Provider”) regarding the use of the Service.
By checking “Agree” or “Accept,” completing payment, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please immediately cease purchasing or using the Service.
1. Effectiveness and Scope of the Agreement
1.1 Effectiveness: This Agreement takes effect upon your confirmation of purchase or actual use of the Service. By checking the agreement box and completing payment on the purchase page, or by commencing use of the Service in any manner, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
1.2 Amendments: We reserve the right to amend the terms of this Agreement when necessary. Any modifications will be published on our website or service page. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to discontinue use of the Service; continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Agreement.
2. Service Description
2.1 Overview: The Service utilizes artificial intelligence algorithms to provide resume text optimization, formatting suggestions, or optimized versions based on the original resume information and job-seeking objectives you provide.
2.2 Limitations of AI: You understand and agree that AI-generated content is based on algorithmic models and may contain imperfections, inaccuracies, or stylistic deviations. The output cannot be guaranteed to fully meet your expectations or the specific requirements of any recruiter. You are responsible for reviewing, confirming, and refining the final resume.
2.3 No Employment Guarantee: While we strive to improve resume quality, the Service does not promise or guarantee that you will receive interview opportunities or job offers as a result of using the Service. Employment outcomes are influenced by market conditions, individual qualifications, recruiter preferences, and other factors.
3. Service Validity Period and Fees
3.1 Validity Period: The Service is valid for 30 days from the date of order placement (payment completion). Please use the Service within this period. If the Service is not used within the validity period (e.g., no resume submitted or optimization process not initiated), it will automatically expire and fees paid will not be refunded.
3.2 Payment: The Service is a paid service. The specific price is as displayed on the purchase page. You must complete full payment through our supported methods (e.g., WeChat Pay, Alipay) before accessing the Service.
3.3 Invoices: If required, you may contact customer service to request an invoice within 1 year of purchase. The invoice amount shall correspond to the amount you actually paid.
4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1 Information Accuracy: You warrant that all personal information, educational background, work experience, and other materials provided to the Service are truthful, accurate, complete, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall bear sole responsibility for any adverse consequences (e.g., rejection by a recruiter) resulting from inaccurate information.
4.2 Cooperation: To achieve optimal optimization results, you agree to provide necessary supplementary information or confirmations as prompted before or during the AI optimization process.
4.3 Lawful Use: You shall not use the Service to create or disseminate resumes containing unlawful, non-compliant, or infringing content. You shall bear full legal responsibility for the use of the optimized resume.
5. Service Provider Rights and Obligations
5.1 Delivery Standards: Upon submission of complete materials and clear job-seeking objectives, the AI system will generate the first version of the optimized resume within 3 business days and deliver it to you via in-app messaging or the contact information you provided.
5.2 Revision Opportunity: If you are not satisfied with the first version, you may submit specific revision requests within 2 calendar days of receipt, and we will provide one complimentary re-optimization.
- Special Limitations: The following situations are not covered by the complimentary revision: changing target positions, significantly adding or removing more than 50% of work/project experience content, etc. Such requests shall be treated as new service orders requiring separate purchase.
5.3 Right to Terminate: If you breach this Agreement (e.g., providing false information, engaging in illegal activities), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service without refunding fees collected.
6. Personal Information Protection
6.1 Information Collection and Use: To provide the optimization service, we will collect the resume information you submit (including name, contact information, work experience, etc.). We commit to complying with the Personal Information Protection Law and other applicable laws and regulations, and will use the information solely for the service purposes specified in this Agreement.
6.2 AI Training Disclaimer: Important Notice: To improve algorithmic models and enhance service quality, your submitted resume data, after de-identification (i.e., removal of your name, phone number, photos, and other direct identifiers), may be used for AI model training and optimization. If you do not consent to such use, please indicate so when submitting your resume or contact customer service to opt out.
6.3 Information Security: We will adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, given the complexity of internet technology, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data during transmission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Technical Failures: Due to existing technological limitations, we do not warrant that the Service will be absolutely timely, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. We shall not bear additional liability for service interruptions or data loss caused by network attacks, server maintenance, force majeure, or similar events, provided the Service is restored within a reasonable timeframe.
7.2 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid for the Service.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent court in 北京市朝阳区.
8.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
