采购工程师 - 全球(J19421)

岗位职责： 1.负责指定物料的采购和供应商管理，采购数据、商务合同和订单的处理； 2.采购成本控制，确保产品及物料成本合理及相对竞争力； 3.负责供应商的评估、考核和管理工作，提升供应商的业务表现，降低供应风险； 4.参与采购策略制定，优化现有供应商管理方式及供应资源库； 5.负责公司内外部的协调和支持性工作。 Job Responsibilities 1. Manage the procurement of designated materials and supplier relationships, and handle purchasing data, commercial contracts and orders. 2. Control procurement costs to ensure the costs of products and materials are reasonable and competitive. 3. Conduct supplier evaluation, performance appraisal and daily management, improve supplier performance and mitigate supply risks. 4. Participate in the formulation of purchasing strategies, and optimize supplier management models and the supplier resource pool. 5. Coordinate internal and external matters and provide relevant support.

任职要求： 1.硕士及以上学历，电子电气/自动化等相关工科专业优先，英语听说读写良好； 2.具备一定的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神； 3.熟练使用常用办公软件，有相关的成本结构意识，熟悉ERP系统运行原理优先； 4.工作认真负责，能够承受较大的工作压力，适应经常性出差。 Job Requirements 1. Master’s degree or above. Majors in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation and other related engineering fields are preferred. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2. Possess sound communication and coordination skills as well as team spirit. 3. Proficient in common office software. Have a good understanding of cost structure; familiarity with the operation of ERP systems is preferred. 4. Diligent and responsible at work, able to work under heavy pressure and take frequent business trips.
