储备生产主管 - 全球(J19422)

岗位职责： 1.负责生产现场的管理，确保生产秩序、安全规范及环境标准得到有效执行； 2.组织制定并落实生产管理制度和工作流程，监督生产计划的实施与进度控制； 3.统筹人员配置与资源分配，合理调度人力、物料及设备，保障生产高效运行； 4.推动生产成本控制与效率提升，组织实施降本增效措施并持续优化作业方式； 5.负责生产团队的日常管理与建设，开展培训、考核与激励，提升团队执行力。 Job Responsibilities 1. Manage on-site production to ensure effective implementation of production rules, safety regulations and environmental standards. 2. Formulate and enforce production management systems and workflows, and supervise the execution and progress control of production plans. 3. Coordinate staffing and resource allocation, and properly arrange manpower, materials and equipment to ensure efficient production. 4. Drive production cost control and efficiency improvement, implement cost reduction and efficiency enhancement initiatives, and continuously optimize operation procedures. 5. Conduct daily management and team building for the production team, organize training, performance appraisal and incentive programs to strengthen team execution.

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、工业工程相关专业； 2.对人工智能在生产制造场景中的应用有实际项目经验或浓厚兴趣，具备快速学习与实践能力者优先； 3.具有较强的成本意识和持续改进思维，能够识别并解决生产中的实际问题； 4.具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力，能够应对突发情况并及时响应处理。 Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. 2. Practical project experience or strong interest in the application of artificial intelligence in manufacturing; candidates with quick learning and hands-on capabilities are preferred. 3. Strong cost awareness and continuous improvement mindset, capable of identifying and resolving practical production issues. 4. Good communication skills and resilience under pressure, able to respond to and handle emergencies in a timely manner.
