工艺工程师 - 全球(J19423)

岗位职责： 1.负责新产品的可制造性需求导入、可制造性设计评审和可制造性验收； 2.组织试产活动，制作生产样机，及时发现并解决阻碍转产的问题； 3.负责新工艺技术的开发及验证、新工艺装备的引进及验证，规划产品的工艺路线，制定工艺方案，编写并持续优化生产工艺和文件; 4.解决量产过程中的异常问题，建立工艺异常快速响应机制，保证生产工艺的稳定性; 5.持续优化工艺流程，通过生产效率提升和人工成本降低实现生产效益提高。 Job Responsibilities 1. Lead the introduction of manufacturability requirements, conduct design reviews and acceptance checks for new products. 2. Organize trial production and prototype manufacturing, identify and resolve issues blocking mass production in a timely manner. 3. Develop and validate new processes and technologies, introduce and verify new process equipment. Plan process routes, formulate process plans, compile and continuously optimize production processes and documents. 4. Troubleshoot abnormalities during mass production, establish a rapid response mechanism for process issues to ensure stable production processes. 5. Continuously improve production workflows, boost overall operational efficiency by raising productivity and cutting labor costs.

任职要求： 1.全日制本科及以上学历，机械，电气，自动化等相关专业； 2.较强的学习能力和执行能力； 3.良好的沟通与语言表达能力，较强的抗压能力； 4.敏捷的应变处理能力，乐于接受挑战，可接受出差和调派。 Job Requirements 1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields. 2. Strong learning ability and execution skills. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to work under pressure. 4. Quick thinking and problem-solving capabilities, willing to take on challenges. Able to accept business trips and work assignments at other locations.
